Processing is governed by Cameroonian law no. 2010/012 on cybersecurity and cybercrime, and — for visitors residing in the European Union — by the GDPR.

Data collected

Contact form and engagement requests: name, email address, phone (optional), company, and whatever you choose to describe to us. Purpose: to respond to you and qualify your need.

Newsletter sign-up: email address. Purpose: to send you our analyses. One-click unsubscribe in every email.

Resource downloads: email address and phone. Purpose: to send you the resource and stay in touch.

Bankability diagnostic: the answers you enter. They are used to produce your score. We link them to your identity only if you leave us your contact details.

Browsing profile: the profile you pick when entering the site (company, financier, diaspora) is stored in YOUR browser's local storage, not on our servers. It only personalises what you see. You can reset it at any time from the footer ("Change profile").

Client area: the documents and exchanges attached to your engagement, accessible only to you and the team handling your file.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not rent it. We do not pass it to any data broker.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

We take no automated decision producing legal effects concerning you: a diagnostic score is not a financing decision.

Processors

Site hosting: Vercel (United States). Database: Neon (European hosting). Client-area document storage: private bucket, access via short-lived signed links.

These providers act on the firm's instructions and are bound by confidentiality.

Retention period

Prospects and unconverted enquiries: 3 years from the last contact.

Clients under engagement: for the duration of the engagement, then retained in line with accounting obligations and the terms of the signed confidentiality agreement.

Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its rectification, its erasure, restriction of its processing, its portability, and object to its processing for marketing purposes.

The browsing profile stored in your browser can be deleted without going through us: "Change profile" in the footer, or by clearing your browser's local storage.
