A path · Expansion

Your growth,
costed

What you could become — costed on your real numbers, not dreamed on a hunch. From diagnostic through to financing obtained.

The problem

You may already know there is an opportunity — another neighbourhood, another city, a neighbouring country. What you don't have: the capital required, the break-even point, the expected return, and the answer to the only question that matters — can your current situation really support the move?

The promise

A growth plan costed on your real numbers, at whatever scale — and an honest verdict before anything else: your numbers decide, never our appetite to sign the mandate.

Most owners who think about growing do it alone, on a hunch. We turn the hunch into a file — using the methods international high finance uses to assess an expansion before committing a single franc.

Observed disbursement horizon

On comparable files, disbursement has occurred between 90 days and 18 months.

What makes this timeline vary: the route taken — corporate financing or project financing — and the number of partners to bring together. It's the longest operation, and the one that moves your business into a new category rather than simply growing it.

You want to know, before committing, whether your current situation can support the move

What the mandate covers

01

A costed verdict — feasible, conditionally feasible, premature, or not feasible — never dressed up to win the mandate

02

Your target market, legal structure, and financial model, built on your real numbers

03

The complete financing file, included in the mandate

04

Twelve months of piloting included, to keep the commitments made to your financiers

05

Your operating cycle carried for the full duration of the mission

How this is settled

If we approach you

You pay nothing before the financing is obtained — the firm's fees are deducted directly from the financing, at disbursement. If the financing doesn't come through, you owe nothing.

If you approach us

Fees are due at the start of the mandate, with an additional share due only on success — never before the financing is obtained.

It all starts with a conversation. Thirty minutes is enough to know whether we have anything to do together — and if we do not, we will say so.
